Put the multimeter in "OHM". No continuity = infinity reading. Continuity = 0.01 ohm (or some kinda low reading for example).
If no continuity when throttle close, loosen the 2 7mm bolts on the side of the TPS. Rotate the TPS to get continuity reading. Don't over adjust it. You want no continuity when the throttle is barely open. You'll also need the other TPS reading (from the other connector) to be 0.4V~0.5V too when throttle closed. (put the multimeter in vdc of course). Tighten the 7mm bolts when done.
